Why Bad Things Happens To Good People

Christians will always ask this question “why do bad things happen to good people”. Especially when the person is a good believer, and always doing the things of God.

If we don’t face challenges as a Christian and everything goes smoothly, we will definitely put God aside because we don’t need him when we are okay. Definitely God will push tribulations to us, so that we can come closer to him.

Some Christians also believe that the evil happening to us today, is the results of Adam and Eve disobedience in the Bible, by eating the forbidden fruit in the book of Genesis which God told them not to eat, and punished Adam and Eve for their actions, and the punishment was to endure suffering in life even to the Christians .

Suffering we definitely make some Christians question God omnipotence.

I believe God as plans for people’s lives that they don’t understand but as a Christian you should have faith and also trust God . In life, many things happens for a reason,
And also suffering and evil happens to us, as a result of preparation for heaven. It gives people chance to become a better person and also . They believe that they are doing this because of the reward awaiting them in heaven.

God definitely have a reason for allowing evil and suffering  happen to his people but the reason is beyond our understanding and evil can also happen as a test of faith from God.

Genesis 22: 1
” Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him,
“Abraham!”
And he said, “Here I am.”
We can see in this scripture when God tested Abraham’s faith by telling him to sacrifice his only son for Him after a long time of barrenness. Job was also a good example.

Job 2:3
Then the LORD said to Satan, “Have u considered My servant Job, that there is non like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil? And still he holds fast to his integrity, although you incited Me against him, to destroy him without cause.”

It actually not the will of God for job but he was testing his faith, God was still with him even in his trials.
The only difference between good people suffering  is that God will be with them and they won’t drown just like when Peter was about to get drown in the sea because Jesus was there, He was able to raise him and he moved on
Matthew 14:30-31
“But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid;and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you  doubt?”
And even Job, the Lord was with him throughout the situation.
Job 42:12
“Now the LORD blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys”.

A lot of people who are rich, philanthropist with good intentions also fall into some illnesses.
The best time to serve the Lord, when I mean the best time I mean the official way of serving God is in pains.
We noticed that whenever we have a pain in our body we remember God,it is not a means of God actually trying to bring us into knowing him, but the devil has his way of manipulating humans to make them fall into his own plans that we tend to see it as God’s plan, He’s not a wicked God.
