How can I see the land to inspect it?
Procedure: If you decide that you want to see the place before you pay, you will pay a non refundable inspection fee of N4,500 (Four thousand five hundred naira) and we would take you to see the land. If you trust us enough to make payment, you are exempted from the inspection fee.
You can then proceed to make payment into our account and then your plot would be allocated immediately.

What is the installment payment like for Full Plot?
Installment payment for 7 months
Full Plot at N500,000 (Five hundred thousand Naira or $2000 for buyers outside Nigeria)

Month 1: N100,000 (One hundred thousand naira deposit or $400)
Month 2: 70,000 (Seventy thousand naira or $280)
Month 3: 70,000 (Seventy thousand naira or $280)
Month 4: 70,000 (Seventy thousand naira or $280)
Month 5: 70,000 (Seventy thousand naira or $280)
Month 6: 70,000 (Seventy thousand naira or $280)
Month 7: 50,000 (Fifty thousand naira or $200)

TOTAL: N500,000/$2000 (You become a land owner of a full plot in just 7 months if you take a positive step right now).

What is the installment payment like for Half Plot?
Installment payment for 7 months
Half Plot at N260,000 (Two hundred and sixty thousand Naira or $1040 for buyers outside Nigeria)

Month 1: 50,000 (Fifty thousand naira deposit or $200)
Month 2: 35,000 (Thirty five thousand naira or $140)
Month 3: 35,000 (Thirty five thousand naira or $140)
Month 4: 35,000 (Thirty five thousand naira or $140)
Month 5: 35,000 (Thirty five thousand naira or $140)
Month 6: 35,000 (Thirty five thousand naira or $140)

What if I want to pay at once?

If you want to pay at once (i.e no installment, then you will get a 10% discount from the original value of the land and a plot of land would go for N450,000 while half plot will go for N234,000.

How can I start building?
One of the things we also do at WiG Properties is building and construction.
We work with a team of experts who are qualified and would carry out the building process at a fee. Considering the fact that it is an estate, you will spend less since things would be purchased in bulk and construction charges would also follow the same rule.
