We are called to be disciples of Christ and disciple-makers for Him. He challenges us to consider the cost commitment of discipleship, and not be distracted by the comfort and convenience this world offers.
We need to be aware of the enemy of our faith, to be aware of his tactics and his strategy.
In the book of 1 John Chapter 2, The first thing John tells them is that what they had heard was coming to pass, and in fact, had already come to pass. He wants them to have an awareness of Spiritual deception.
So If there was a time we needed to live in such a way to impact our world, that time is now.
