Nigerian Gospel Artiste Osinachi Kalu Joseph (Sinach), Amanda Mukwashi of Zambia heritage, CEO of Christian Aid, First lady of Ekiti State Bisi Adeleye Fayemi, Hala Zayed (Dr) Minister, Health and Population(Eygpt), and other strong African women has been named among the 100 most influential African Women by Avance Media, Africa’s leading media and public relations agency.
The lists are an annual compiling that is achieved via public nominations which are selected from 34 countries chosen from the different ground which includes diplomacy, activism, politics, entrepreneurship, business leadership, and entertainment.
The selection is focused on the women who are leading various initiative across the continent and serve as role models in leadership performance, personal accomplishment, commitment to sharing knowledge, breaking status quo, and being an accomplished African woman to the younger generation as part of the ‘Be a Girl’ initiative.
The Gospel Artiste Sinach is making the list for the first time and shows her appreciation to God for such honor.
She tweets, “And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you (with abundant increase of favor) and make your name famous, distinguished, and you will be a blessing” Genesis 12:2.
